The Romfelt Plaza development project in Romania is underway and expected to be complete in 2009. Bucharest has become a popular place for many investors and developers from countries all over the world, and the demand for real estate has increased significantly in recent years.

The Romfelt Plaza is being built in the popular Colentina/ Doamna Ghica zone and features nine large blocks of apartments. The flats range in size from one bedroom places up to the larger three bedroom apartments, and several studio flats are available as well. The apartments are expected to be reasonably priced, and will attract more residents to the thriving business area. Romfelt Plaza is also situated close to the railway station, so is in a prime location for many commuters.
