La Habitat Residential Project
La Habitat is a residential project being developed in Ahmedabad, India in the rapidly developing Thaltej area. The apartments are located only 15 kilometres from the airport in a thriving region in the western part of the city.
The low-rise apartments will feature several recreational areas for use by the residents and visitors. There will be splash pools and swimming pools on site, as well as a gymnasium and a club house. La Habitat is built amongst a landscaped garden, and boasts several jogging and walking trails in the surroundings.
The complex is an ideal location for families, with several areas designated for the children. There are play areas and gardens for kids to play in, as well as a special children’s library and amphitheatre. La Habitat offers a drop-off zone for school children and is located not far from the local schools.
The project is being designed by Pacifica Company which is based in San Diego, California. The company has an outstanding reputation, and has been operating in India for the last few years.
