Luxury Apartments Being Built In Sofia

The English company, Cleves Ltd has added a 10-floor building to its extensive property portfolio in Bulgaria. The deal has been worth 8.1 million euros, and the English luxury Sofia Rentals Company is happy to have concluded the deal with Arco Invest.

The 45 unfinished apartments are located at the Boulevard Residences in Madrid Boulevard. They are in a central location, in close proximity to the centre of town. Cleves is expanding on the project originally built by Arco, and designing the apartments into luxury flats with all modern amenities on offer. The development includes not only the luxury apartments, but also several shops, restaurants, offices and a large underground area for parking.  Boulevard Residences are located only minutes away from the new Serdika shopping mall, as well as walking distance to all major transport routes. Tram lines and buses are located nearby, facilitating travel in and out of Sofia. The apartments are located only fifteen minutes away from the Sofia airport, making it a good choice of rentals for business people.
The luxury apartments are set to be completed toward the end of 2010. There has already been a lot of interest in these properties, with expatriates and business people aspiring to move there. With parking on offer, and a central location close to all amenities, the new luxury flats will be in high demand.
