Luxury Towers in Dubai

A unique mixed-use development in Dubai has been launched which is to include commercial and residential aspects.  One Za’abeel is in a prime location between the Old and New business districts in Dubai at the World Trade Centre roundabout.

One Za’abeel consists of three separate towers which are interlinked on the top and connected by a long podium on the bottom. The retail area of the development will be located in the 270,000 square foot podium which connects the three towers at ground level. The residential tower will consist of 450 luxury apartments with panoramic views of the city. A 370 room luxury hotel will be located in the next tower, and the third tower will contain 500,000 square feet of office space. This commercial tower will be linked to 133 serviced apartments featuring a swimming pool as well as other amenities for the residents. There will be over 2300 parking spaces available at one Za’abeel, and for those without cars, the development is within easy access to the metro.
