New Projects Underway In Poland

ECC Invest is offering people the chance to invest in two large scale housing development projects in Poland. ECC Invest is a Baarn-based organisation from the Netherlands which has been focusing on real estate investments in up and coming countries in Central Europe. It is a subsidiary of the ECC group which has been active in Poland and Central Europe since 1989. ECC is investing in two Polish residential projects in the cities of Warsaw and Poznan, which were to commence at the beginning of this year.
The ECC will be developing a modern residential apartment building in Warsaw consisting of 120 luxury apartments. There will be a large amount of commercial space available on the bottom floor, as well as 141 underground parking spaces. The building will offer different sized units boasting a comfortable and modern look. Residential homes will be built near the city of Poznan in an area consisting of 9 hectares. 193 single family homes will be developed within a gated community; consisting of both row houses and semi-detached homes. All necessary amenities will be close at hand, including shops, entertainment facilities and eating places.
