The Connswater Community Greenway project in Belfast is set to begin in the early part of 2009. It is a widespread environmental improvement project that will benefit all of the residents in the area.

The Snowhill development is set to be one of the biggest city centre redevelopment schemes in the United Kingdom. The project is taking place in the middle of Birmingham, and is a mixed-use development by the property development and investment group Ballymore.
