ScandiPark

A new residential and commercial neighbourhood is being built in the city of Vilnius in Lithuania. The project is set over 18 acres of land and will offer affordable living in a Scandinavian-style atmosphere, hence the name of ScandiPark. The development is located only 7 kilometres from the city centre, and the first part of construction is set to start this month. The development is located in the up-and-coming Ukmerges Street which will also be home to new infrastructure and roads. Approximately 47,000 square metres will be residential areas and 36,000 square metres will be a commercial district. The first office park in the country is being built which will be strategically separated from the housing units. ScandiPark will promote the environment and will be home to a large lake as well as several parks. All of the houses will be built into the surroundings, making use of the nature to give the neighbourhood a secluded feel. All the buildings will be built with environmentally-friendly materials, and will promote sustainability. ScandiPark homes will be sought after by many residents who seek a home in a green and pristine environment
