Subiaco’s Green Development

Plans have been released for the mixed-use development to take place on the former Australian Fine China Site in Subiaco. The suburb of Subiaco is located in Perth, Western Australia and has rapidly gained popularity in recent years. The China Green Development will transform the 4.2 hectare site into a green and modern community.

The development project will provide residential homes for 600 residents as well as expand commercial space in the area. The Subiaco area has seen a demand for residential and office space in recent years, and the project should be the answer to some of the demands. The area has increased in popularity and has become a fashionable city to settle down in.  Upon completion, the development will offer many jobs to residents in the area, with enough commercial space available for a 2,800 workforce.

The project plans have been designed with the environment in mind, and will be built using mainly sustainable resources. Several targets have been set to keep a green theme, with water and energy conservation being on top of the list, as well as solar heating.
