The Duke’s Wharf development project in Norwich has gained planning approval, and is set to include a mix of residential blocks, office buildings, retail sections, restaurants, cafes and an art gallery. The development will take place on a former electricity board site which is to become demolished to make way for the new project.

The Water Garden City is a brand new 23 million square foot project that is set to be developed in a prime location on the coast of Bahrain. This exciting development is expected to provide homes for more than 40,000 people, as well as visitor’s accommodation, activity centres and several businesses.

The new residential project Citadela is causing quite a stir in Prague. The development consists of 100 apartments of which over 63% have already been sold despite the completion date not being till the summer of 2009.
