The Oakwood Residency Tower in Dubai is currently under construction. The United Arab Emirates developer Deyaar has commenced with the US $ 122.5 million residential project which is set to be completed in 2010.

The Snowhill development is set to be one of the biggest city centre redevelopment schemes in the United Kingdom. The project is taking place in the middle of Birmingham, and is a mixed-use development by the property development and investment group Ballymore.
