Swansea is undergoing a major regeneration scheme aiming to make the city an exciting and promising place for visitors, residents and businesses. Several new hotels, residential units and recreational centres have emerged in the city centre, and have already attracted several investors.

The start of the first phase of the multi-use development project ‘New Karolina’ in the Czech Republic started with a large celebration in the city centre. Over 20,000 people attended the event to celebrate the launch of Phase I of the project in the city of Ostrava.
