The Garden City Of Almaty

Premier City

The Premier City project in Kazakhstan is being developed in the former capital and the still largest city of Almaty. The new residential development is being built in accordance to the 2030 General Plan of Almaty which aims to promote Almaty as a garden city. The plan includes several infrastructure projects and residential developments built in a sustainable fashion with the environment foremost in mind.

The Premier City project will be the greenest in Kazakhstan, and is a mixed-use development located in Almaty’s city centre. The scheme features eleven 16-storey towers each offering three floors of basement parking. There will be approximately 700 residential units in the buildings, offering residents the use of all amenities on site. Premier City will feature a neighbourhood retail promenade set in a tropical environment of greenery. A large retail mall will also be located on the premises on an area of 5.29 ha.

Kazakhstan aims to make Almaty as safe and secure place for people to live, and is working hard to make the city a more attractive place. With hopes of becoming a green garden city in years to come, Almaty is attracting more residents as well as businesses in this up-and-coming city.
